2. Professional Estimates

Estimates are based on visual inspections. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if undisclosed property conditions are discovered (e.g., hidden debris, rock formations, or unmarked utility lines). All quotes for Tree Removal are subject to local Pennsylvania zoning permits.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Secure all pets and children during service hours.
• Clear the lawn of toys, furniture, and personal items.
• Ensure full access to gated areas or restricted zones.

4. Liability & Insurance

The New Eden Landscaping is fully insured for property damage and liability in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation systems or underground cables not disclosed by the client prior to excavation.
